All Standard orders will be delivered within 2 – 4 working days (UAE) and 4 – 7 working days (International).

Personalised and customized orders will be delivered within 7 – 10 working days (UAE) and 10 to 14 working days (International).

Free International Shipping for orders over AED 1,000.

Returns Policy:

We strive to provide the best possible products and your satisfaction is our top priority. Our customer service team is always available to answer any concern you may face and if you wish to return any item, you are eligible to claim a full refund (terms and conditions apply).

Exchange and Refund Policy:

Please make sure that all returned goods are packaged in the original manner in which they were delivered.
Damaged items won't be accepted, so please make sure the exchange packaging is securely protected.
You can either leave the product in our store, or our delivery crew will get in touch with you about returns.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns for personalized designs.

Once everything is confirmed, the Amount will be refunded to your account within 2 – 3 weeks.
